I bought one Enphase M215 to experiment with (M215-60-SIE-S22) (they are a great price now). About a minute after DC power is applied, I get six green LED flashes and then a solid red LED. The manual says the six green flashes are good, but the solid red is a ground fault warning. I believe I found and removed the fault. The manual seems to say that the only way to clear the fault code (and make the inverter work again) is to use an Envoy communication device. I of course don't have one (inverter was $50 and the Envoy is about $500). I think I am out of luck, but I thought I would check to see if there is another way to clear the fault code or do a reset on the M215.
