Hello all,
im a complete noob. i have a running 120w panel with 10a controller, and my brother who moved to another place gave his panel to me and i bought a pwm 30a controller for this.
my question is. can i combine this both to be able to charge my 12v battery? i basically dont know anything about it so please point me to the right directions
specifications
Maximum Power (Pmax): 250w
Voltage at Pmax (Vmp): 36v
Current at Pmax (Imp):6.96
Open-circuit voltage (Voc): 42.48
Short circuit current (Isc): 7.64a
Maximum Power (Pmax): 120W
Voltage at Pmax (Vmp): 17.4V
Current at Pmax (Imp): 6.91A
Open-circuit voltage (Voc): 22.0V
Short circuit current (Isc): 7.28A
a.)if these are a no go. how can i go about my 250w panel to be able to charge to 12v battery?
b.) can i somewhat have them run on their own controllers and charge them the same battery (12v battery)
something like this - http://youtu.be/oTWIbVlo9r8
please help. i am lost
