Well Bob if this rubbish ever come to our door step it will be up to us the public to stop it.

It'll happen down Brisbane for sure. Just watch. All utility costs are going to rise significantly over the next 5 years. This is water, power, gas etc, all going up, at rates much faster than inflation too. Not sure it'll be as drastic as the Toowoomba Regional Council's decision to DOUBLE water costs, but this is also seen as retaliation for when Toowoomba residents voted against using recycled sewage for drinking water, which we're going to get anyways in the water grid.

And on top of that its illegal in Colorado to catch and reuse your rainwater!

They tried this same crap in Sydney but it was thrown out.

With that level of BS they are likely going to cause an epidemic of renting and off gridders.

There comes a point when the law makes no sense and needs to be ignored. Just like its illegal to have a composting toilet in this state.

And I have often thought of bypassing all the water from our bathroom sink & shower to water the lawn. (Also illegal here)

There is a water bounty coming, been talk for a while, likely to see water go up to crippling levels. Too bad we don't have our well anymore, village took that as well.
