LED joint with solar panel

i'm a noob in solar panel technology. i just think if wo can use a solar panel to charge an <website AD deleted by Mod> LED spotlights or any LED lamp-according to yout needs. the solar panelan be installed in the jar of different shaped bottle.so in the night we can use it for gardening decoration or anything else.can any firms produce some solar panel that can be easily assembled by comsumer.
