forget to include the battery bank 500 AH to be charged from 12 v 7 Ah supplied by 10 watt solar panel ONLY IN THE PHILIPPINES LOL

not sure if you're still looking, but have come across a new company, also based in manila, that is specializing in solar power. Spoke to a guy who knows them and claims they've got tie ups with some of the major component manufacturers in the region, also got a handle on the customs, so their prices should be reasonable. MAT MAT where in Phils are you? Unless you live in a major city you are going to find ALL electricians know less than you do about solar installs.. As for finding an engineer ,give some electricians a call they should be able to type up a piece of paper before you meet them saying thay are qualified electrical/mechanical/civil/refrigertation/computer engineers.

I dont know if you have priced any solar equipment in Phils but its on average double the price of any other country. to use it is in just about ALL cases totally un economic, And any guarantees you get will be as faithful as the average bar girl.
Everything I have used in Phils I bring from Australia so if something fails I can bring it back and get reall warranty service.

All electronics imported into the Philippines gets a 100 percent import duty tax. That is what makes almost any electrical or electronics job price too high to be cost-effective. This is also why Philippines (according to a survey I saw a few months ago) has the highest rate for electrical power in all of South East Asia.
