Oversizing solar panels

I have a 5kw grid tied system Fronius inverter with 20 250w panels
how many more panels can i add to this system?

It depends on what that Fronius inverter is rated for output.
You can usually add more wattage but the panels will need to be aimed at different compass points so you don't overload the inverter capabilities.
