inverter 14v-24v input volt change into 22v-36v.

Hi guys.
I have 2 of 3000 watts inverter 14v-24v to 110V AC, and i have some old solar panel from my brother and it come out with 36 v. when I hook up them then nothing 110v come out, only red led on, but my inverter work well on 24v battery. is there the way to modified the inverter to work with 36v panel. thank you.

A battery to line type inverter cannot be powered by solar panels. Bruce Roe

The simple answer then, is to have that friend help you. Only MPPT style inverters can connect solely to a PV panel

Can you post the model number? Photos? Some of your details sound like a cheap Chinese grid tie inverter.
