Both I and my installer are in California. I had requested SE7600 but the proposal came with SE7000A-US. Upon your recommendation in post #9, I looked at the proposed agreement and realized that I was being 'upgraded to' SE7000A-US with 25 year warranty. I asked them for upgrade delta for SE7600H-US and was quoted additional $300. I later realized that SE7600H-US comes in 2 configurations; one with EV charger and one without. Wonder why would SolarEdge not give them different model numbers.
Now they have woken up to the need to get permits and PG&E approval (at no additional cost to me) as the upgrade is more than 10% of the original installed capacity. I don't know the list price difference between the basic model and the EV Charger model of SE7600H-US. It may be less expensive to add and EV charger when I buy an electric vehicle.
