I saw a 5 volt Solar Panel rated at 4 amp hours. This was confusing to me because most I see have volts and watts listed in the description. How does one get to watts from amp hours? I've searched online and just got confused.

You get from volts and amps to watts by multiplying.
5V, 4A would be 20W. That is power, and is useful for rating energy sources like generators and solar panels.
To get from power to energy, as in rating a battery, you multiply by time.
5V at 4 Amp-hours would be 20 watt-hours, equivalent to .02kWh, kiloWatt-hours.
