I would really appreciate if somebody could advise me in the direction of good books, journals, PHD, Master level thesis relating to evacuated tube type solar panels.

The title of my thesis is as follows:

If for an engineering discipline such as for an M.S.M.E.:

1.) Start here: "Solar Engineering of Thermal Processes ", Duffie & Beckman.
2.) NREL
3.) The Journal "Solar Energy"
4.) A.S.M.E. : "Journal of Solar Energy Engineering"

You may find your subject has been beat to death in the literature over the last 50 + years or so. You may want to consider some subset of the broader topic perhaps related to recent advances in surface coatings, vac. tech. or such. I'm a bit surprised you have not dug through the above already. If you have or are close to a B.S., and had a 400 level solar energy course, you used Duffie & Beckman as your text, or as an adjunct text.
