Howdy and welcome your posts had multiple links that flags post as possible spam. I just approved your post. If that system is old i suspect the panels are fine but batteries are toast.

Oh ok, that makes sense. I'll keep that in mind in the future when referencing things. And yeah, the panels seem to be putting out good enough voltage but the batteries are toast. It's a 24v bank, reading 2.5v. I need to see if the charge controller works before buying more batteries though.
