Progress Energy Solar Sunsense Rebate

Just applied for my Florida PV rebate . Application came online couple minutes after 10am and servers crashed right away . I was finally able to get to it around 10 min later and completed everything around 10:15. Servers kept on crashing constantly . Any other folks reading this with similar experience ? Wonder how long will it take before I find out if I make the cut.
