I am a newbie here. Thanks for a great platform to share ideas in making this world more greener.

Recently, I have purchased land more over 100 acres near El Paso area in Texas.

I would like to start a solar power plant and sell the generated electricity to El Paso Electric or any other company that is willing to buy it.

My questions are

1. Can I find a company who installs, generates, finances and deals with the PPAs part and just pay me the land usage price every month?

2. If I have to own the equipment, would banks give me a loan?

In other words - they should do everything and pass you free money? The annual rental value of that land may be what? A couple hundred dollars?
