Need financing options for solar

Where do people go for financing for their solar systems? I know I can do a home equity loan but want to look into other options such as unsecured loans, etc. Any sites or companies that are recommended or give better rates for green/solar energy purchases?

Green financing should actually be at a higher interest rate than other loans such as car loan where the vehicle can be reposessed easier. At lease with HELOC, failure to pay does get leins and forclosure as the collection method and offers lower interest than unsecured loans.

Best way to go is cash. After that, it's complicated. There have been some recent threads here about this subject, one which went to 8 pages. Use the search option and search "financing".
