Just got my second bill of my new 12 month true-up cycle. My first bill (last month) was 10.56 (32 days) less a "policy adjustment" credit of $3.66 for a total due of $6.90. And now, this second bill is $9.97 (30 days). Looking at the details, both bills had an NBC amount plus a minimum bill adjustment (plus some small taxes) to get to the final $ of the month. In all my prior 12 month bills in my last true up cycle, the bill was always not lower than the minimal daily charge X number of days and then the NBC added.
In any event, I've got a $290.47 credit built up in these first two months for use against the summer heat that's around the corner.
