two 1000 grid tie is pretty damn meaningless
do you mean that you have two 1kw grid tie inverters?

do you mean to say that they are both plug in inverters?

you can not connect two inverters to the same array pv modules. you can connect some to one and the rest to the other.

Now plug in inverters are illegal and dangerous. inverters should be on dedicated circuits (not plugs but circuits ) and should not be able to be plugged into some other circuit thus plugin inverters are not allowed.
