SDGE Grandfathered Solar to Keep Peak Time but not Season? New Winter:Nov 1-May 31st

I have two NEM 2.0 Solar accounts with SDGE at two different homes. Both my bills are now showing Winter Season defined as Nov 1st - May 31st instead of the original Nov 1st - April 30th when we signed up for NEM.20. Only the most recent bill shows the new season dates.

Since we are on the grandfathered EV-TOU2, our daily Peak remains between 12PM and 6PM but lost the money maker April Summer month.

Anyone else noticed the change in Season dates? I thought grandfathering into the old TOU rules include Time and Season.

Nevermind, found my answer - sadly:

"*Effective December 1, 2017 all electric rates that vary by season will use the New Seasons listed above. The legacy seasons are not included under TOU Period Grandfathering."

Yep, sad. FYI, you meant lost May as a summer cash cow, not April.
