Seeking feedback from BC photovoltaic solar panel users...
...... concerning information on BC Hydro website account page. I NEED to get FEEDBACK from anyone in British Columbia who has had photo voltaic solar panels installed in the past year or better yet in the past month or two AND fairly regularly accesses their BC Hydro account online to see what their consumption is and how much it is costing. If you have solar panels that are grid tied and if you also have an account with BC Hydro, can you see information such as daily $ amount, estimated $ cost for end of usage period, and where the Step 2 kicks in? If you, like me, can no longer see that information when did it disappear from your online account page and have you asked Hydro to fix this?
