  • What could be wrong with panels producing 0 watts

I have a soleredge system with optimizers. I uploaded picture of layout of panels. 30 panels total. 7 panels over family room and 23 panels over main house. There's 3 strings but don't know what panels go to what string. The panels farther to right get shading this time of year thats why the power goes down. Under panel 1.0.28 should be a panel 1.0.30 but the inverter can't find it when paired. When installed installers said it might not be bright enough to pair. And panel 1.0.29 has never produced any power and panel 1.0.28 produced a little power for only one day out of 7. The other panels around it seem to be producing fine. What could the problem be? My solar installer has been hard to deal with and I would like a little info before I talk to them. Thanks.

They are listed in the monitoring as being all on the same string.
The string length minimum from solaredge is 8 modules.

it looks like you have either a wiring issue from day one.

Have you contacted SolarEdge directly or you sales agent?
