    I had the same exact problem when the net metering push went to my meter. I called Rainforest, and they got in touch with SDG&E for me to re-pair my Eagle. You might be able to just call SDG&E directly, or send an email to their HAN group.

      I called SDG&E but they wanted me to send an email to the HAN group for the repairing... got that out just now.

      I am in the business of IoT ... but not in the smart home area (zigbee in this case). I can see the industry has a long way to go to make this easy for the average user / application. Way too much hand holding, manual work for a simple wireless connection.
