  • Batteries run after two minutes

Hello, I'm from Brazil I'm sorry my bad English, I have a GridTie 1000w, 2 solar panels 260w, battery bank 6x 27ah in series and parallel to add 24v, batteries are were charged without connecting the gridtie by connecting the gridtie showed 500w production and after 2 minutes 24w, to turn off the gridtie batteries back about 12,2v, bad gridtie or bad battery bank?

You would need to give us more information. How many DC amps were the PV panels producing into the batteries ?

500W of PV will not keep up with a 1,000 w inverter .

I'd need to see a diagram of how you have all that wired together to understand your problem.
