Enlighten stopped reporting data while envoy is connected to the net, pls help.

Hi all,
any help is greatly appreciated, since I'm super brand new in this, and apparently there's no live or even enough online help on this topic...!? I just got installed a month ago and have been using the Enlighten app. Today the app is not reporting anything in the overview, just lines as in zero. When I go to the Envoy link, it shows the system is fine and working and I can see the usage through that page. The top of the Enlighten app shows that system is OK, connected, and it just read the data 10 minutes ago. All devices are fine, connected to my wifi, and show as working properly.
What is this mystery? Thank you much in advance!

Hello, I as others in my area also have no reporting in Enlighten for today. I'm confident its on their end, hopefully tomorrow the stars will realign once again.

Spectrum had a major country wide outage that impacted their internet and TV on the 10th. I expect that had something to do with it.
