Thought I would share my experience with my Samlex PST 1500 watt 24 volt ac inverter. I have their 300 watt also and I really like them. Both are sturdy well designed and have worked flawlessly since purchase. However, I later purchased the rc200 remote and it went bad a little while after I got it something went wrong. It wasn't worth my trouble to ship it back to Canada for the cost of the thing and I told Samlex about it. They said Canada was just the default option and they could work with me . Then they said that since I bought my unit they have made a new remote and it's not backwards compatible with my inverter. So to fix this, and I'm still a bit shocked here, before I could say much more about it they offered to ship me a brand new 1500 watt 24 volt inverter and a new RC 300 remote, all free of charge and free shipping.
