Should I use a voltage regulator?

I have some devices running straight off the battery bank of my 24V system. I installed some DC breakers between the batteries and the devices. Should I also be using some sort of DC voltage regulator? Sometimes my CC (TriStar MPPT) get the battery bank as high as 29 volts. I was thinking about something like this: https://www.alliedelec.com/traco-pow...4-dc/70062696/

If they haven't perished from overvoltage yet .....

    I don't know. What do you think about the efficiency @ 86% ? Is 60W 2.5A enough ?

They have not perished yet, but I don't want to push my luck much longer. 60W 2,5A would be enough for the devices I am running. What would you suggest to regulate voltage when connected directly to a battery bank?

Well, try that out and see how it fares. I'd only push something to about 80% of it's rated limit, hopefully your loads a less, or you can find a higher rated part.
