Do Sunpower AC Panels pull any power at night?

Does anyone know if Sunpower AC Panels (Panels with microinverters on back) pull any power from the grid when they are off (e.g. at night)? If so, how much are we talking about (I realize it is small)? I have 345W Sunpower AC panels.

There are some that say that some microinverters shut off completely when power generation drops below a threshold, whereas others pull a small amount.

They all shut off (since they are powered by the DC side, not the AC side) AND they all pull a small amount. Normally it is measured in milliwatts, and is due to device leakage and/or AC losses in the transformer.
