I would think that someone who intends to run loads directly from the panels would care about seasonal differences, but suit yourself. Two decimal point insolation is silly when variation from weather will add +/- 10% or so uncertainty to any calculated number. Those tables are also generally for a very specific array orientation and tilt... are you sure yours will match?

Also, when you first start charging, your battery voltage is not at the bulk/absorb transition level, it will be less.
