Since solarbridge was bought up, they are no longer remotely monitoring systems. This is a big problem for me as I need to monitor a number of systems which I recommended.
Writing to sunpower, the new owner leads to nothing but canned emails about how to access the power manager.
Does anyone know where I could purchase the same power portal software that was being used to monitor customer sites or alternatives especially Linux based solutions, devices etc?
Also, the only access I have to the power manager is 'admin' 'admin' which doesn't give me full control of the device. Does anyone know what the root/superuser access details are?
It is si irresponsible of them to leave us hanging and worse, not making any information available to those who were left hanging.
