PV Modules attach to Kalwall?

Volunteering on a Community Solar Project for Seattle's Gas Works Park, "Coal-To-Solar" (ref. WSI http://www.wallingfordsolarinitiativ...gas-works-park)

Problem is we need to attach to the roof's preexisting Kalwall material that is on 5 ft centers but the Silicon Energy modules we are to use to collect the maximum WA State incentives, $1.08/kWhr, mounts on 4 ft centers.

Anyone have experience/recommendations for racking mounting design(s) on Kalwall roofing?

Horizontal Rails

I don't have experience with this yet, but have heard that many installers will use either standard horizontal rails or steel strut mounted to the roof. The Silicon Energy modules are then attached to those rails. You may want to contact Silicon Energy directly, for technical assistance.
