I'm using method 3 from Magnum's manual ( https://www.magnum-dimensions.com/si...PAE-Series.pdf ) to ground my system and devices. That is, chassis busbar and neutral busbar, and both to 8ft ground rod using 4awg ground wire. The issue I ran into today, though, is that I ran out of that 4awg so I was unable to ground battery banks from/in their battery box. Instead, I connected remaining 4awg directly to Inverter negative terminal and then to busbar. I did not turn on system.
Will that work or do I need to connect to battery negative further away from inverter?
