4 panels: 2 tilted, 2 flat... most efficient way to wire?

I have 4 100W panels. 2 of of them I can manually tilt towards the sun but 2 of them will stay flat. How would you wire these? It's a 12v system with a mppt controller that could do 48v necessary.

Currently 24v with two 'good' ones in series on one leg... then the two 'bad' ones in series another leg... then those two legs connected in parallel. I get very nearly 400W in the summer in the southwest. Today - feb 20 - was the first time I tried tilting the two (just eyeballing the angle). It got me an extra 60W - pushing me to 275-300W at noon today. I can live with that, but wondered if wiring differently might gain me some efficiency.

i think you have them wired the best way, a good pair and a bad pair.
usually, 100w panels are for 12V, and produce about 18V. 2 in series might give 36 V, which is barely enough to run a MPPT controller, but OK for a PWM controller. Going all 4 in series would be a mistake in my opinion, as the 2 less optimum panels will choke the current flow from the good panels.
If you get better orientation and use a MPPT controller, you don't want to get too high of voltage, or losses in the controller eat away at the efficiencies it can deliver,

Thanks Mike. That was kind of my rationale originally - but it was a bit of a thumbsuck.
