Another Solar idiot needs help!

So, this is probably answered 1000 times if I look through the threads. But if someone could talk me through, with very small words what I need to do, it would be a big help!

I want to set up a small office, but it's in the middle of nowhere, completely off the grid. What do I need solar wise.
I have a solar lighting system so that is not an issue

I want a small bar fridge. Maybe someone here will know the best one to get?
I want to charge my laptop computer.
I want a printer.
Maybe a small fan.

What am I forgetting?!

And what solar panels etc will I need?!

If anyone could help that would be great.

You first need to

Calculate the energy needed by your appliances Volts x Amps x hours = watt hours
Use a solar insolation table to figure the useable sunlight for your area
For off grid, you need 2x the PV wattage x solar hours, to = your Load Watt hours. Also needs
to meet battery minimum charge rate.
Batteries need to be about 8x the Load watt hours.

the actual calculations in the stickies are more correct than my rough paraphrasing above.

It should come complete with a tube of KY Jelly and instructions on how far to bend over. The price point is horrible.

Every mini or bar size fridge I've seen, is an energy waster, too cheap to install decent insulation, so the little motor runs all the time.

A full size energy star rated (this is US ratings, I don't know how they rate them overseas) often consumes less power than a mini fridge !!
