what is the size of charge controller and inverter that is selected for 10KWp @ 120V solar plant,
10KWp+ inverters does not supports the voltage below 150V , but as per charge controller specification it can only supports battery bank upto 72V, so fom battery how can i convert this voltage suitable for inverter input ??

How have you determined that you cannot get a 10kw inverter that runs off a battery bank lower than 150V? I can see this limitation in some UPS units, but not in off grid inverters.
Without any endorsement of the product or comment on its practicality or fitness for any particular use, Googling for 10kW inverter found this 48V model inverter/charger. You would not use the charger function for PV input, but it could be useful for generator=sourced charging when needed.
