Solar powered led lamps

A government project to give away some solar powered led lamps.

A connector box with dc sockets for the input of a solar panel and to connect some lamps. Each lamp has a built-in li-ion + charge module.

Is it not wiser to put the batteries + one charging modul in the box and from there load the leds?

I would be careful about anything with the name Matahari in it. LOL
Apparently Matahari is the Malaysan name for sun. That may be where the spy Mata Hari got her name.
