Yes, you could go overvoltage in cold weather.

Thanks , im thinking if i wire the panels in series and get a new charge controller . Any suggestions on a charge controller that displays amps from solar panels ?

I have a 12 volt house battery system in my van .

Please do not make multiple threads on the same topic. It is confusing to the members as to which one to respond to. I may have to close your other threads and keep this one.

I just closed them so no one could post on them again. That leaves this thread as the only one with your questions.

Ok my new plan , i will get a new charge controller https://www.amazon.ca/Victron-SmartS...70ZA76CQ8&th=1

I will put the 2 100 watt solar panels in series and still use 22 feet of 10 awg , my batteries are 2 105 gel 12 volt in parallel .

Should this CC work like this ?

the 10 ga wire is "safe" to use, but with the resistance losses, 8ga would be a more efficient choice
