Simple application hoped for here: use this switch to change over from a two-battery bank to charge a single-battery I use elsewhere.
But I have no knowledge of circuit diagrams!
So I have my two cables coming from the charge controller to the two-battery bank. All works fine. At least I have got this far!
Now I would like to insert changeover switch so that I can charge an extra stand-alone battery for a store-room.
1) Where do I put the positive wire from the charge controller?
2) Where do I put the negative wire from the charge controller?
3) Where do I put the positive wire from the current two-battery bank?
4) Where do I put the negative wire from the current two-battery bank?
5) Where do I put the positive wire from the single-battery?
6) Where do I put the negative wire from the single-battery?
I am aware of chronology: a) kill all breaker switches; b) use change-over switch; c) activate breaker switch for battery to determine voltage; d) activate panel
