Connect D to the + of the panel, A to the - of the panel, and B and C to the one or two intermediate point leads coming from the panel. B and C are only needed to allow more production from the panel when only one part of it is shaded compared to the rest.
If you mean how to connect it physically, that will depend on what the panel looks like.SunnyBoy 3000 US, 18 BP Solar 175B panels. -

Junction box
The panel is made as follow glass eva cells eva tpt, 36 of 6"*6" ,6 rows by 6 rows, and an aluminum frame.
Mod note - You seem to be proud of having learned how to change the font - it is annoying to most so please don't. Being warned three times is adequate.Comment

I just did not want to start a new tread so:
6' x 6' FSE box waterproof, with 6 female and 6 male MC-4 solar connectors .. Innovative alternate energy products. Specializing in battery charge controllers for wind turbines, including very large capacities and unique capabilities not found in other wind/solar controllers.
Does anybody know where I can buy a box with only one pair? Or just the connectors used in the box above?
I know I can just buy a short MC4 cable cut it in half, use a NPT hub like this one:
But that is one more connection.
Thank you.Comment

If you are really concerned buy the cable with the connectors and the wiring connecting gland and just wire nut in the boxNABCEP certified Technical Sales Professional

If I do the cable with gland" panel MC4 to MC4 cable, then MC4 cable to # 10 wire. You are right
But the one I found and actually had in mind: panel MC4 to MC4 for #10 wire. But those things are expensive!!!Comment

On the top link is: panel MC4 to MC4 box then, wire to #10 wire drop from the roof

They do make those MC4 connectors already wired to 11mm cables. You can get them with one end terminated to the connector and the other end ready to be stripped and terminated or purchase a cable with a Male MC4 on one end and a Female MC4 connector on the other.Comment

connect the junction box physically
No one knows how to connect the junction box physically, and what type of silicon is used for isolating the busbars.Comment
-
Physical connection to the back of the panel could be silicone or any other adhesive that will stick.
The wires can either be extensions of the bus wire used inside the panel or short lengths of insulated wire which are soldered to the bus wire and weatherproofed.SunnyBoy 3000 US, 18 BP Solar 175B panels.Comment

You can use any non-corrosive silicone (not silicon)
