The charge controller have one inlet from the pv panels and two outlets, one to the batteries and the other to the dc loads , can i connect the dc ac inverter to the outlet of dc loads ?Comment

The only way to do this is to replace the pump with one designed to run direct from solar panels. But the flow will be dramatically reduced.NABCEP certified Technical Sales Professional

No the two outputs you see, one is full power to the batteries. The other is a fused small power ouput connected the the battery port with a Low Voltage Disconnect relay. It is useless and only meant for very small DC loads like LED lights. The relay is there to disconnect when battery voltage gets low. Your application is bigger than solar can provide unless money is no object and you like paying 20 times more for electricity.MSEE, PEComment
