12 solarpenals of 12v 80 watts when joined peralal the PWM charge controlar displays

Salamunalaikum May ALLAH(GOD) peace be upon you and me
I bought 12 monosilicon penals of 12 volts 80 watts each
I connected them with a copper wire 7/29 at the distance of 25 feet I joind them in perallel
And from that point I connected with a Copper wire 7/64
Then from that point I connected PWM charge controllar at a distance of 35 feet
Problem is the charge controllar should display 27 volts and 38 amp but it displays only 25.5 v. And. 15 amp at the peak
Not our temp is 44 celciuce
Pls let me know where is the problem

Problem is a PWM controller is nothing more than a piece of wire, and solar panels are current sources. Have a nice day.

If you buy an MPPT CC, then you can use a combination of series wiring (up to the maximum input voltage of the CC) and parallel wiring of the panels to reduce the current in the long wires, as well as being able to get the full power output from each panel. Depending on the CC you get, you may be able to wire four sets, each made up of three panels in series, or three sets of four panels in series, or even two sets of six panels in series.
