    I'm sure that is what they told you. But if a deal is too good to be true, it probably isn't. That 7.5c TXU rate is limited to systems of 10kw or less; you can read more at http://www.txu.com/residential/plans...ct-detail.aspx.

    Go ahead and build a 10kw system if you want. If you build it yourself then for an investment of about $10k or so after tax credits you might be able to eke out an annual income of a little under a grand. You would probably be better off just keeping your money and leasing the grazing rights.
