      Editing is killing me man!

      The thing to keep in mind for lurkers is that this advice is intended for off-grid users who are doing daily cyclic service, and of course starting out with a high-quality agm in the first place. Small ups-style batteries, or those pulled from the tractor are not in the same league.

      Experimenters who constantly change from cyclic to standby service and then back to something in the middle will want to take that into account, and then can play with bulk/absorb/float/corrective eq "recipes" to their heart's content.
