There are no Pro's, just all Cons. Batteries of different size ( Capacity ), age, chemistry will charge at a different rate, one will overcharge and one will undercharge. Batteries of a different type ( AGM, FLP, LFP & others ) require different voltages and charging schemes and times.

As above, batteries that are the same. They could be new or used. If they are used they and the same battery they need to be capacity tested to see if they will hold the same charge capacity and voltage.Comment

What pros and Cons? There are none. You cannot not mix and match. Well you can if you are foolish.
The only realistic way to do that is to have some piece of electronics interfacing the different batteries. A really bad and expensive idea. Only application I can think of that might be plausible is military field ops.MSEE, PEComment
