Sounds about right. I'm assuming you're getting the Enphase M250. With the LG305W, I think you're pushing it a little bit if the roof is facing south or south-west.

That seems like a better deal than I was just quoted in Los Angeles

        What city are you in?

I paid less, 3.22/w but that was with LG 280W panels which are less per watt and a string inverted which is less expensive, so I feel your price is good for what you are getting.

I would appreciate it also if you could private message me with the company you are speaking with. Im in the midst of getting quotes and have seen some that are much more highly priced.

Of course you will. That's what negotiating is all about.

Seems like a bit of a push on the enphase to install 4kW of inverter but pay for high end 4.88kw of LG modules. Why not put in SolarEdge and not limit the modules, should be possible for the same or slightly less money.

SolarEdge is going to cost lot less since that's a downgrade. Optimizers requires string inverters mounted to garage or wall. If you skip optimizers, you will save a lot more by going with just string inverter.
