First, the link goes to a script laden site, that won't load properly, since I block virus scripts. Maybe it's time to clean your computer!

So, 2 batteries, a panel I can't get specs on, no charger specs, no inverter specs. I think you could do better ordering parts yourself, after you arm yourself with some knowledge about this stuff.

Inverters: Mod Sine or Pure Sine
everything works properly on pure sine, lots of stuff works OK on mod sine, and a few things will die or burn quickly on mod sine power. Motors (fans & fridges) will consume 20% more power on mod sine, and create more internal heat - bad for a fridge.

A Fridge (the good efficient, affordable kind) will consume about 1Kwh daily. So your PV and battery array have to be able to harvest and store that for you, 1 panel will not likely be able to do that.

Looks like false advertisement to me.

You can't call it an 1800 watt system just because it has an 1800 watt inverter. With only one 160 watt panel and 2 x 12v 100Ah batteries that inverter is way too big and there is not enough panel wattage to even keep those batteries properly charged.
