    Have you given any thought of 240 volts direct line conversion? Another Ideal is there are lots of used and salvaged Telcom 48 volt 100 amp rectifiers out there really easy to modify to get that few extra volts from. Most operate on 208 or 240.

    Need about 1500 watts @ 67V , so about 25A, CV charger. Since it will be run off a 240 genset, it should be doable.

    Out in the sticks, not much on Craigs list within 100 miles, and hate buying heavy iron cores and shipping via ebay, but maybe it's the only route. But decent PF would be nice, to not overload the genset. Guess I'll start looking around.

        Yeah, that would be better, I guess I'm not getting the search terms on ebay right, have not found anything useable. suggestions ?

          Not sure you will find much on E-Bay. Guess I should have been more specific. Use Search terms like:

          Reused Telecom Rectifiers.
          Salvage Telecom rectifiers
          48 volt rectifier
          MSEE, PE
