Yep - most compact with compatability with both Android and Apple - Solio Classic 2. Internal 3200mah lipo. Flower-shape foldable hard panels. Takes 6-8 hours to full charge, WITH repointing during the day under best of conditions. The largest internal battery of the line and largest panels. You said phones, so keep in mind that the latest phones are approaching 3200mah internal already like the Note3, so you won't ever achieve a full charge on a single charge of the Solio. Recommend frequent opportunity charging instead of full-cycles. Don't even mess around with smaller units in the line.
Larger - Foldable Goal Zero Nomad 13 or 20 with larger Anker external battery packs. Only 1a output from Nomads built-in usb port. If you want more current, use the "12v" cigarette lighter output to a higher powered mobile 12v > 5v usb adapter. Again, Anker can provide these. Recommend charging only one device at a time when using the 12v output. Still recommend opportunity charging the pack when you can, and don't even expect a single one-day charge to full with a fully depeleted larger Anker pack. Keep battery out of the sun.
Realistically you'll be wanting to babysit and properly angle the panels during the day which will limit your activities and possibly be prone to theft. Hanging one off your back or shoulder gear while mobile is the least effective.
Most of this stuff is just barely above the toy-status, but it can be done.
Taking it more seriously means using a Powerfilm rollable or foldable panel, small agm battery, charge controller, consulting your geographic solar-insolation hours etc, but that means $$$ just to charge a phone. Recommend the smaller KISS methods above instead.
