    Yes I expect Sunking and others will point out that they aren't real until they are out on the street and I don't plan to design any projects around them yet but at least the news is positive rather than an announcement of an auction of assets.

    Having been on the periphery of one of these types of VC driven firms, sometime the news is timed as much as when the capital is running out as when there is actually news.

    Well, they just closed a $55M round in January, so I hope they don't need more money already…

    No word on pricing. I hope they succeed.
