Help required in guidance of dc-dc converter

@inetdog: can u tell me what is the best converter to use for high power pv panel like the specs of the pv panel in 1st post.
i have searched over buck-boost,cuk converter and charge pump controller. but they are all 1 stage, is it reliable to use these kinds of converter or multi stage is more beneficial

The best thing to use is a product designed for that purpose, such as the MPPT circuitry in a battery charge controller used with a PV array.

The problem is not the simple DC-DC converter foundation (as in buck, boost, joule thief, etc) but in how you apply external feedback controls to that converter to dynamically change its operating parameters.
