    The Maryland Energy Administration announced today that grants for leased systems will no longer be available to leasing companies.
    The $1000.00 grant for installing PV in residential homes will now only be available for purchased systems.

    Was there a reason? Quality of install or some other issue? Solar City was touting in a recent article about installs as fast as three hours using their newly aquired Zep clamping systems.

      Mostly because the economics of leased systems do not justify the additional incentive.
