No. The amount of power that will be induced will last minutes longer than the split second lightning bolt.

Disconnect your long runs of wire when a storm alert is broadcast, and tie the short runs to ground. let the long ends flop to ground, but don't tie them to ground, or you will just be using them as an antenna to direct induced power to your gear that your are trying to protect.

And maybe you will be lucky. And maybe not

I think you are worried about nothing. The only thing vulnerable in your system is the charge controller. Your line is not long enough to worry about.
